Homeschool Cons

As you consider homeschooling as an option for your family, it's common to think of pros and cons.

Thoughts like:

Pros:

More time as a family

Slower pace to each day

Lower cost than private school

Time for extra curricular activities

Time for travel

Time to teach to each child's learning style

Cons:

Fear that you're not qualified to teach your own kids

Concerned you will lose your patience

Missing out on traditional school milestones

Fear that your kids will be upset that you homeschooled them

Worried your kids will miss their school friends and won't have enough social interaction
